Anyone buy iphone 4s with current existing plan running? Are there any penalty for doing so? If so, how much do i need to prepare when i go and buy a new 4s 16g? Will it charge at the first time (the penalty) or will come on next month bill..

Ya, that is the penalty to terminate ur current package.
However if u buy online via digi store, u can save this..

I have my 4s via upgrade my previous ip3gs plan to the new one since december 17, by right the rate should be rm88 changed to rm58.
However i've notice the bill since december until recent january one, it still charging me for the old rate which is rm88.00,

Is this usual..? Or something mistake they did?
