what is the different between classic and plat?
Credit limit?

I would glad to chase for classic.. so don't need to tie with high annual fee..

how many days should wait before get to know the status?

feel dissapointed.

1st application - call their CS, and she ask to send out the document through fax.

then follow up, call CS again, but she need the original document. Must post.

then 15 days go away, applied again for 2nd application, this time, i send out to their PO box.

call again to follow up, but she said, my application still didn't received. Ok la like that,

today 18/1, got a call from Ms.Kelly, she stated i need to email/fax the document.

i straight away question up.. what is the different? previously someone told me to fax, then reject and ask to post, then now you wanted me to fax/email again the document?

Frustated!

i applied online for both... that's why so frustated..
no need la i think.. so hassle one.

better i stick with this application and push them...

got my UOB card with 5k limit.. I don't know it's classic or platinum.. lol..

just activated... anything to do after that? such as online banking.

Any faster way to get the pin instead of via letter?

regarding online banking.. any information? applied via email should be faster.. haish to conventional method.. normal post..

I believe it's cumulative..no matter what month u swipe..emm not using ur cc regularly? Perhaps u can adapt cash method rather than cc method..

I recommend you to wait for someone respond towards your application. Better you call them, ask either they received your online application. Ask a favor to assign someone from CC department to follow up ur case.

Otherwise ended up like me, until i fedup and straight away complaint to them.. See my previous post in this thread.
After complaint only they expedite the process.

same like me, said they want a hardcopy at first place, then after someone follow up, they want through email pulak

Just activate my replacement card.. got my first statement.. rebate is about 13.XX, GST was charged too... so guess need 2 or 3 month, then consider free GST la.. lol..

a lot of theory.. but doesn't know if it's true, either your record too good.. try with other bank too.. a lot of other card can give same benefit too

i swipe a few time.. i think 3 times at the same terminal, but it wont let me go through because i wrongly swipe my BHP card instead of smile card

so, after that i try to swipe at another petrol station, but terminal declined, i call up the CS, but she say i need to go to kajang mobil at ask them to cancel the transaction (she gave the transaction number).

but im now in seremban
anyone know what is the consequences if i just let them, i didn't make any fill up, just transaction went fail only..

she said, they hold amount rm200 x 3 ,
mean after few days i can use back my card eh?
