Process flow for the registration of the UOB Personal Internet Banking facility

1. The bank received your completed application form which is duly verified.
2. Access ID and TPIN mailers were mailed to your mailing address separately.
3. Upon receiving both of the mailers, customer must complete the acknowledgement letter and courier it to the following address. This is to activate the access of your UOB Personal Internet Banking services.

4. A pre-generated letter informing the activation will be mailed to your mailing address. Customer will be advised to perform the First Time Sign On (FTSO) within 30 days from the date of the letter. If FTSO is not performed within the timeframe, the access to your UOB Personal Internet Banking services will expire and customer needs to re-register for the services again.

In response to your queries pertaining to non receipt of TPIN mailer, we wish to inform that a timeframe of 6 months is allowed to our customers to return the completed acknowledgment letter. Hence, if you did not receive the TPIN mailer for some time, then you may contact us to request us to resend another TPIN mailer to your mailing address.

Upon receipt of the TPIN and Access ID mailers, then only you may courier the completed acknowledgement letter to us.

If you are residing in overseas, we would appreciate if you could update us once you have couriered the completed acknowledgment letter to the above address to enable us to monitor your activation of the Internet Banking services.

Once it is activated, then we could email to you to perform FTSO instead of you waiting for the pre-generated letter to inform on the internet banking activation.
