I have this problem since the past 10 days.. (school holiday I suppose) Normally I would ladder on NA because my friends are all there.. I'd played 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 with my friends no problem.. I'm using Streamyx and been playing multiplayer on NA server since February without serious lag spikes, except the 0.5-1 sec delay depending on the time I playing. So now I'm getting serious lag spikes when playing 1v1.. like 1-2 seconds freeze, and then everything fast forward to catch up with what is seen on the opponent's side.. does anyone else having the same issue when playing on NA? P/S: I have no problem playing on SEA server. I've always been using the SEA client to play on NA server.

QUOTE(johnnycp @ Jun 19 2011, 06:58 AM) i get the lag in NA also but not in SEA. Im with this lag 2 weeks already. when i ping www.gamespot.com -t, i get massive packet loss. probably this is the reason. however i dont get this lag when i playing company of heroes So I'm not alone... After 3 weeks, I'm still getting this lag. Its unplayable type of lag. Duno what they've done with the routing.

wow unifi users got this 2 weeks ago, me streamyx 1Mbps has been like that for 1 month already.
But now it only lags after 6pm.. and smooth at 4am onwards (wth???).. and thats when I play with my friends before they have their dinner lol
I look through other forums as well people have been complaining about high ping to international servers from malaysia. As much as I hope it gets fixed asap, but most likely we are doomed forever just because we aren't unifi users who get the upper hand in routing services.

QUOTE(Quazacolt @ Jul 7 2011, 06:12 AM) screamyx and unifi shares the same ip range/gateways. though, the good ones *SEEMS* to be prioritized to unifi users bottomline: just keep reconnecting to the good gateway/ip range. it will be harder for screamyx than unifi, but it isnt impossible. im only a unifi user for less than 3 days, and prior that im a screamyx user hey man, I'm not sure nowadays what people consider as "good IP" (yes, I did search for that but the website was written a few years ago) but sometimes when I reconnect and use it for a few hours suddenly there's an yellow exclamation mark appear at my network icon at the bottom left, and I always have to wait and trouble shoot which is silly... Seriously I don't think one should be happy when they "finally" get a good IP because the connection will just reset in the next few hours..
