Good to see a box that is future proof. I think it may not be used for UHD broadcast for quite some time, but it may be used for satellite broadcasting by using HEVC encoding. I don't even think that HEVC encoding will be used soon, considering many TV sets that have DTT function doesn't even support HEVC reception.

Satellite TV using HEVC format = less bandwidth to will be used = savings for MYTV.

4k broadcasting is really a joke if you ever test MYTV signal reception in Sarawak, especially my area at Sibu. Combo box some more? ASTRO and MYTV cooperate in the future har?

First they remove the Hindi movie time slot every Wednesday nights and replace it with some garbage, then the Turkey dramas every Monday to Friday evening ended with no foreign replacement got replaced with some garbage,

Now the English movie slot every Tuesday nights got replaced with some locally produced garbage.

TV2, please bring back the English movies every Tuesday nights.

How is MYTV going to compete with Astro if TV2 keeps showing garbage?

Channel W image freezes on myFreeview DTT and there is no sound. (channel is still available on myFreeview). Since this channel has some problems regarding salary payment, can this be a sign of channel closing or some technical problems?

Red Button services are available on all RTM channels and TV3 since months ago. A HbbTV capable TV/STB connected to the Internet is required. Even has Video on Demand (VOD) services on TV3.
