You cannot use Navigation in Google Maps in Msia/Spore due to licence agreement with the countries is not settled yet ; However this can be easily overcome. Lookup this tutorial guide here - very simple :

1. Use a 3rd party mail app , eg K9-Mail ( the best i'd say and is free ) if you need this option
2. NO . If rooted you can use font size a paid app to change font sizes but it changes the whole font size system in phone. Or you can try font changer which has more choices in font types
3. launch contacts: Menu/settings - select Merge with Google and in Menu/More/Display Options select Google to display your GMail contacts. Whatever you have selected in Google/GMail it will be autosync till you decide to unselect such

Added on June 24, 2011, 11:49 am32GB class 10 prices ranges from RM 230 to RM 320 depending on brand. Few months ago, I paid RM 250 for my DNA 32gb class 10 ; now I think is cheaper than that. Personally I am not so concerned about performance on SD cards as I don't find any significant obvious ( at least to my eye ) the differences in the top brands eg Sandisk and the cheaper brands of Apacer, DNA, Kingston. I have used most of the common brands. If you want peace of mind, just buy Sandisk the most expensive ones now and supposedly the best of them

Anyway the alphabets listed in the phone keypad is mapped to the number. Example you want to called say ANDREW : you just type 263739 and you will see a popup of the first match - select the arrow down key just besides the first popup and you will see a dropdown box of all contacts with alphabet similar to " ANDREW" listed for you to choose

Auto restart issues first check whether you have install apps from dubious sources? If so do a factory reset and monitor
If happens again go and claim for replacement as probably motherboard issues
The default rom will not cause such auto reboot. Third party apps will. Flashing an alternative from will not solve it

That is main reason why I do not recommend this rom. Installed it and later have to fix quite few issues. I strongly suggest new users stay away from it. It is not exceptionally superior to any others. I find litening, AngeloM and Cognition are equally good roms

I don't know this seller but apparently quite few threads has unfavourable reports about his after sales service

In a way, I do agre with you. My SGS was rooted and the Service Center did not even bother and process it 3 times for me free of charge a reflash of the rom ( since unit bricked ). I have 2 HTC , rooted flashed cooked roms - motherboard replace FOC too and both are AP sets). My ipod touch was jailbreak and refreshing latest iOS update bricked too - sent in to Machines - and reflash too FOC

Off your wifi router and try again. Test it also with other WiFi hotspots out from your house. If still similar problems, sent in to claim
There is no need to do any special settings - these stuffs work out from the box , I'd said immediate
