There too in Viva, design is nice, and lots of selection. But price wise is more expensive. They have a design i want, but not in gloss. Selling around 1.2k too. For that price, I go for my current unit because is gloss paint.

For mine, few of them work in a team, so this team do the electrical, pipes, structure. Than I use my contractor contact for windows and tiler.

Others like door, grills, broken marbles source by me.

just called legend..42" panasonic FULL HD plasma TV out of stock and high probability discontinue and cant get that model anymore..have been asked around..no shop have...even LG and samsung also discontinue producing FULL HD plasma...sad....force us buy FULL HD LCD? Sad ler

13 Amps, mine was 80, AC and heater is average about 200, cause some he charge 150, some 250.

Did you ask if 13 Amps, all without looping how much mine most are without looping. maybe 5 sockets are looping only.

Mine, All AC and 13AMps no looping.. Looping only for lights...lights about 6-8 per loop...my 2HP AC i asked him to use 4mm thick cable..not sure if its relevant

If you redo all this, ask him add LAN, CCTV, and conduit for Fiber for future use. If still prefer conventional phone than a 4 core Cat3 for analog phone.
