Good to see that your place is nearly complete.
The removal of the tree kinda symbolize that your obstacle is removed.
Gonna move in soon?

From the pictures, I ve got the impression that you planned the position of your downlight in advanced to be quite systematic.
By systematic, I mean that it is very centerlized, evenly spaced based on ceiling area rather than furniture location.
This will suit virtually many diffrent furniture location in case you want to move and switch the position of your furniture around.
Did you have this in mind?? hmm.gif
I am asking this because this is what I am doing for my place. tongue.gif

Added on December 6, 2011, 11:23 pmAnd here the DB Box, i have two. One for each floor. You do the math how many independent MCB i have smile.gif mostly are sockets, 70% are run independent no looping.

Very nice casing, you choose or the contractor choose...  drool.gif

Here the laundry area during weekday, and hanger installed by myself. Of course using Makita rotary drill smile.gif. Weekend, we will use the rear balcony we extend on first floor.

I'll advice don't get the China made ceiling laundry. Very chepo design. Should have gotten the more expensive version (think come from Taiwan)

I have this design in mind for the hangers in my laundry area. You have excellent taste .. hee hee  thumbup.gif
The hanging rod is hung from the ceiling, does it swing during operation? (When you hang the clothes hanger on to the rod)

With the property price going up up up , the renovation kinda pays for itself.

House price now is crazy. Is roughly 30%+ of the current basic house in USJ. If complete with furniture and finishing it will be more..
*
Yup. This gives us house owners that renovate our house - especially over budget ones , some small consolation nod.gif

I got it from Legend too.

I think he don't want to sell or no stock of plasma panasonic already. For Panasonic, U30 is the cheapest Full HD Plasma. Full HD Plasma is more expensive than Full HD LCD, but slightly cheaper than Full HD LED.

Can get VT30 3D Plasma smile.gif
*
A question here, Watching TV 1 and TV 2 on Full HD Plasma and Full HD LCD any diffrence if the signal from Antenna vs the signal from UNIFI. Thinking of getting LCD (Cheap ler) but worry about picture quality.

Full HD plasma vs FULL HD LCD 42", I see roughly RM200 diffrence.
Full HD LED vs FULL HD LED diffence around how much ?
