I believe DHL didn't pay for the clearance, I means somethings undertable..
bcosz I saw friend logistic company, nv delay the shipping from china...
all is the power of undertable XX....

you are totally wrong. it's something to do with sultan abdul aziz customs ( szb ) and item price. usually, item without GIFT wrapper, above rm1000, take a long time to clear customs.
