I feel that fion's case is due to delay in payment. Once apple settle wit bank ur shipment wil be very fast.

Tip is the account must match with the CC used to pay the product. Recommended to post to the same address of which stated in your cc. Any different info in that will cause a delay. So the more things different from your apple accept and your CC the more delay it will be. Just my 2cents.

Fion, did apple request u to send copy of statement? My friend told me apple did request tat den payment wil b faster. Did u call up helpline? Just c u so many days without progress also pity u le.
