1 Petaling looks quite interesting especially because of its location. And it was developed by a subsidiary of Berjaya Land Bhd. It's one of my choices for a home but I have some considerations too. There's a low cost flat beside it so I'm not sure what kind of community will there be and I asked an agent who told me that the shops downstairs are all sold out. Which leads me to wonder what kind of shops will they open there. If it's snooker center for eg, then it's not so nice for my family. The location is nice though, very convenient as it leads to many highways and near to Sg Besi LRT station and the building itself looks alright to me. I wasn't able to go into the building to view the rooms as they haven't obtain the CF(agent said will get within these few days) yet.

Anyone knows more about this property or location? I'd like to hear some advices from all you property pros - think it's good to own as a home?

But isn't that and 1 Petaling different in the sense that Petaling Indah was built more like apartment(though they call it condo) while 1 Petaling is promoted as a serviced residence? Thanks for your input, I appreciate it! Btw, I'm not 'bro'.

At first did consider this 1 Petaling and Endah Promenade, but long thinking decide to look at other places
