This is slowpoke news... which is not the issue..

The issue is human rights, why must they block those sites in the 1st place.

For entertainment purpose I dunno if this is slowpoke or not.

there will be malaysians. in the interview from the link provided, they admit they can't do similar things in china because they don't have enough people based there. in turkey more than 20 people were arrested. spain has arrested 3 people.

i dunno about you guys but i treat this like the napster issue. close that down, so many other avenues. crying and retaliating because too lazy to do something to get past the block or just use sites (for every rapidshare there are 100 hotfiles). be men and not become keyboard warriors only.

dns wouldn't help if they mess up the routing table. so we're screwed anyway.

VPN/proxy is another alternative.

So basically, they're hacking. Guys, they're not hacking the website. They will just taking down the website by flooding it with requests.

They're just anonymous. Anonymous =/= LulzSec. LulzSec is a group of hackers. Anonymous don't hack. They're just scattered everywhere around the world fighting together towards one goal, freedom of speech. In this case, internet freedom.
