I don't add or remove anything, just salvage the stock cotton by pieces and spread them around evenly on the inside the wooden cups. Can be reversible.
The result i can get is better soundstage, vocals, and high in exchange of some bass (spacious).
Claimed that if you put more stuffs inside you'll get more bass.
