different country different period of coz...and usually player's contract run until june 30, so formally it's 1st of July...but it doesnt matter much once a player reaches an agreement and passes medical

Berba might have the creativity, but I dont think he has the mobility, awareness as well as the passing...creativity is an important factor of coz for a midfielder, but it is not enough
