What to write on back of cheque

Hi all - a noob question here.
If I want to deposit a cheque into a cheque deposit machine and the payee is OSK Investment Bank, what should I write on the back of the cheque - on the space for account number, name and contact number? Is it my own account number, name and contact number or OSK Investment Bank's account number, name and phone line? Thanks. |
