Not bad if got promo free gift. Basically they're just agent, expect maybe 1-2 days slower than if apply directly from bank since they collect and fill in form for you and submit.

Their whatsapp bot will collect info and send you a pre-filled application form (same form as what you'd get from the bank you're applying for). You reply to that email and submit the docs based on the bank's requirements (IC, salary/EPF slip and/or utility bill).
