not really. in the end, it is still the same team of people who does the approval.

however, citibank had this instant approval roadshow. not sure if they will continue that... basically they got a team of people backend crosscheck and approve your application immediately. those, yes... comparatively higher chance to get approved.... basically those ground staff who help you apply, already will filter a lot.... so the application process work actually reduced a lot from there....
