Citibank, you can look for Citibank kiosk at shopping mall (One U old wing or Sunway) which provide for 60 min get the card, subject bank approval

Yes both are permanent kiosk, not like the temporary kiosk roadshow at shopping mall

There have sales person there for assistance regarding credit card service, just provide IC to print out EPF will do, as simple as that
