No announcement so far (at this hour), but i suspect they delayed some maintenance. I noted the SNR being unstable and the Attainable Rate (Kbps) is lowered alot. Thought not lower then the rate i subscribed. Ah so someone made the call and that : http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...entry44256560This post has been edited by ZaUo: Aug 1 2011, 02:18 AM

It took about a week or 2 to repair the last AAG fault, now again? TM should implement another backup cable incase this crap happens again.
And it occurs at a very bad time, Oct 4, alot new games and dlc releases.

QUOTE(vexus @ Oct 7 2011, 12:31 AM) streamyx want you upgrade to UNIFI immediately for faster speed. More like want to cap your download bandwidth.

4AM and my 1Mbps speed is unstable around 50KB/s. Seems to have high ping and bad data packets as well.
It was fine last week. Even restart modem doesn't help. What the hell...

It seems like TM applied speed throttle during daytime and remove throttle at night from 1-2AM to 9-10AM.
Torrent or not it is affected Streamyx, because they reserve bandwidth priority for Unifi users.

I think the AAG is fixed, my download speed is now stable at around 121-129KB/s. But again i want to see TM actually announce it.
Sad to say bye to the 171KB/s with my 1Mbps. Anyone with 1Mbps still get 170KB/s?

QUOTE(shin87 @ Nov 6 2011, 10:58 PM) so far have anyone have the download speed recover back after oct 29* It recovered for a few days then slow down, then slightly better.. then slow again.. and slow till today. This is hopeless. I read most people around asia with ADSL are having bad experience.

TM Speedometer and Speedtest.net shows exact same speed within malaysia range. I think the problem is the international exchange cap! The cap is not on us!

30-NOV, 10KB/s at everything online storage sites. Except Nvidia and ATI driver download are at full speed.
International traffic throttle again?

Local malaysia network speed is decent, but anything outside malaysia is slow as shit, i can only guess TM is capping international speed. And my downloads seems keep getting burst/large data packets from RapidShare, a very unstable way for file transfer that is.

Did pingtest.net to LA server and the result is bad:
ping 800-860 jitter 800-1k
And it stuck, didn't even complete the test. I thought the only way is to surf in local net, but connection to lowyat forum resets too. What the hell happen to tmnet man? DNS or DSLAM overloaded? Then do a restart la!
