That K&N part number will not fit. You need K&N No. 33-2422 to have a perfect fit for Honda City 2009.

You don't have to go exactly every 3 months. It is alright to delay the service an additional 1 month + provided your mileage haven't exceed 5,000 KM.

That is because the interest rate is lower if you were to buy a new car. I would suggest you to get a new car since Honda is giving you 5 years warranty now.
