QUOTE(wyk85 @ Jul 18 2011, 08:47 AM) IMO, i think Insua play well in leftback position. Compare to last season, i notice his bulk up his body and look muscular and strong. Well, at least we have competition for left back position. If you ask me, i prefer Insua play at left back with Robinson as his backup and glass leg Aurelio. Don't forget we can have Johnson play at LB if needed with both Flanagan and Kelly able to play at RB. Next season is the first season after a long run where we finally can have headache about who will play...

1) Arsenal in a different class to liverpool? What a laugh. Arsenal have been in a long run of empty-handed seasons. They are NOT 'much much better'... not in ANY way.
2) Malaysia scored good goals. World Class? Maybe only the free-kick, which was breath-taking. The first Safee goal was lucky (but you need luck in football). and the second one, tho definitely OFFSIDE, great finishing by Safee, we've seen players like Torres or Rooney miss chances like that, but Safee took it very nicely.
3) Why the selective bashing? Liverpool fans did not in any way 'betray' the Malaysian Team. There was no boo-ing or backlash from the fans after the game. Rajagopal and other narrow-minded malaysians have chosen to take turn a blind eye and blindly criticizing what, is definitely the best set of fans-display ever.
4) Yes, some of liverpool's goals were easy goals... but isnt that football? We've seen tap-ins and defensive mistakes in World cups and champions leagues and EPL games. Coz thats football, Capitalizing on defensive errors (ie. easy goals). You want liverpool to score all goals from 60 yards? Stupid!

QUOTE(aressandro10 @ Jul 18 2011, 05:12 PM) well.. thats what the ultras do.. they intimidate.... But if you want to build passion towards the national team, there is no other faster way that i know of, than to soak the ultras's passion. its not for everyone.. sure... but just give it a try to observe... just seat within observation distance from them... see the voluntary determination to coodination..... soak the passion and orgasm in their face and voice.... and this passion is easily infectious... their only objective is to support the team. they dont really care 100% about the match. The captains usually face the crowds to coordinate for the whole 90 minutes. When you do that, you will not wasting you energy on overemphasizing on the team's mistake. Supporting them more is the higher priority. They are loud. But its nothing that a Anfield Kop attendee cant handle. That is what stadium football is all about. But you probaply want to hide the tattoo though When you try and force things down peoples' throats, they become more distant.

QUOTE(mingthething @ Jul 18 2011, 06:49 PM) Probably nothing will happen to the liverpool fan. Man utd fan can just jeer them with ' What have you won recently?' Face it liverpool fans, Liverpool is no longer considered a credible rival. Standard already gone down. Forever playing in UEFA cup, and can't even come close to Top 3 in EPL. What rivalry?Liverpool just jealous that Man Utd keep winning. Go Red Devils!. Exactly, us local people can never understand nor comprehend the rivalry Liverpool and Man U have. And with fans like you (who is ignorant and absurd), it gives a bad image to proper Man United fan. Anyway, thanks for trolling.
