They refurbish and build on the Plaza Pantai structure. will have...

1 30 story office block,
1 17 story hotel block on top of the retail floors,
1 17 story office block on top of the retail floors.

just went to the iproperty EXPO at KL Convention Centre today, this look quite hot among all the development projects there, even one of the investor got recommend this project during his speech..

GOOD RESPONSE: Image shows an artist’s impression of the new Bangsar Trade Centre. Since taking over the BTC project two months ago, Twin Pavilion Development is seeing good sales for the three new blocks to be constructed.

KUALA LUMPUR: Since taking over the Bangsar Trade Centre project two months ago, Twin Pavilion Development is seeing good sales for the three new blocks to be constructed.

The centre is a twice-abandoned project with three of the six blocks in total in it, having been completed previously.

The centre is also a purpose-built integrated commercial development consisting of the earlier three blocks of business suites with 93 per cent occupancy, a 30-storey corporate tower with serviced suites and offices, alongside a convention and conference centre as well as a wholesale retail mall for the food and beverage and hospitality industry.

Twin Pavilion Development chief executive officer Lee Seng Khoon told Bernama that most of the three new blocks had recorded bookings and sales of close to 80 per cent.

The project sits strategically along the Federal Highway and across from the new Bangsar South development.

On the encouraging sales for the project, Lee said investor appetite for projects in good locations with excellent connectivity, continued to enjoy a good take-up rate.

He opined that Malaysian investors were optimistic over the regeneration of the Kerinchi or South Quardrant of Bangsar under the Sustainable People’s Housing for Urban Renewal programme, spearheaded by the Ministry of Federal Territories and Urban Well Being.

In this connection, he was upbeat over the growth of the property sector, particularly freehold properties in prime locations, as land becomes increasingly scarce in the Klang Valley.

Lee believed that the completion of the project by the end of 2013 would give added benefits to current and new owners. — Bernama

before you decide to buy the unit here, I am an owner of a unit and tenant of 2 units here in Bangsar Trade Centre. I am having big problem for my staff to have parking park. the management are not willing issue additional access card. The parking fee was RM15.00 for whole day. most of the tenant here moved. sooner later i will move also. not a good investment. They built the building without enough parking for all the owner and tenant.

Pretty good deal i say...

Sold almost 90% liow....

Best part is BEST WESTERN is taking care of the SOHO Suites for 5 years... so it's a Guaranteed Return at least...

Stick to the lrt together. Strata mall also no choice, now eve where shopping mall. Interested to know who do the master plan for kLang valley. Can't see any foreign investment, foreign high tech factories, but our own internal development only. Sign of Lost decade of Malaysia?

I think mus keep bringing in good shared service, education hub, manufacturing n services will do well naturally! Msia local economy is very strong whr msians shop, makan etc very much higher than other countries drool.gif

Still waiting for completion =(
but so far they still reimburse the bank interest (DIBS).
I wonder those who signed S&P in 2011 will they compensate liquidated damage of 10%p.a for 3 years? =.=""

This is probably the worst investment ever made. Never again buy from this developer. I don't understand why is it taking so long when the structure is ready and all the developer needs to do is to complete the remaining. Time is saved on piling and foundation yet delay. My friend who bought UOA project (directly opposite) has competed much faster than this project. Seriously OMG.

the hotel seems to be stuck at 90-95% since mid-2016? something is not quite right with what the developer is telling the purchasers.. no DIBS for the hotel since July 2017 and been told tower D has received CCC in Nov 2017 but the tenant is not paying the GRR.. so not only they breach DIBS but also after getting VP they will breach Tenancy Agreement and most likely they will also breach to pay late payment interest under the SPA..

and for the retail units, the works are stuck at 85% but at least the developer is still paying the DIBS there

During the construction period of Tower D and E, Twin Pavilion Development has some internal dispute between the directors, hence the delay of the construction. After the court case, everything will be back to normal and Tower F will soon be developed

I am one of the buyer for the retail unit.
Been more than a year since last I received the DIBS claim.

They are avoiding my call and giving me lots of reasons.

Lol, 850 per month enough for other ppl to buy a 200k property liao loh, after 30 years other ppl 200k property have already appreciate to 300k or 400k, but after u pay for 30 years u get nothing, really a joke, hehe

0.85 psf, let say a unit 800 sqft, have to pay around rm 700, 1000 sqft have to pay rm 850 every month and it is no car park one, really omg......

This developer can da bao liao

LAD no pay,

GRR no pay,

DIBS no pay,

Heard from my agent friends, even water and electricity also got problem and developer is already winding up liao bcos all the owner want to sue this developer, so those buyer cannot get the title.

A property without title is really GG……..
