Question about engine oil,

Previously Proton Edar use Petronas Syntium 800 for my engine oil.

Is this the best? Should I continue use it? or any other better?

I do some research said Shell Helix Ultra 5W-40 Fully Synthethic Motor Oil not good for 1.3cc car.

one say full synthetic not good, and another one say full synthetic good
