Blocking hosting sites is not the right move to curb piracy. Hosting sites purpose is to stor and host files online, doesn't mean all are pirated stuffs.. These ppl really damn brainless to the max...

Couldn't access the site in the morning, however it was accessible in the afternoon onwards.

If they think banning those webs could solve the issue, think about the many other sites that will rise up. Plus, prox(soft or web) aren't on the list yet.
