Just went through the Copyright Act. Nothing on files hosted on the internet. Anyone familiar with this law able to comment on the applicability of this act to blocking the websites?

Bloody true. Most of the anime related goods (DVDs, Audio CDs etc) in M'sia are not of original origins. All unlicensed Taiwan and Hongkies bootlegs, ironically with a Malaysia original approval sticker. LOL.

i concur......still remember my old VCD Mahou Sensei Negima........fack, got malaysian ori sticker on the box packaging, but wtf, when played, got credits to anime-rizon for "FANSUBS"....

even worse ah, 80% of ori anime sold here got no english dub, must watch sub....anf my goodness man, the level of english in those subd are 99% worse than kindergarden english.
