during application? from who u applied? tmpoint or agent? from all the training that i went i was only told that 1 account can only have 1 stb, even the flyers didn't say bout 2nd stb in their vas section.
*
upgraded mine from streamyx to unifi via phone call. that was what they told me with multiple stb.. found that phrases under menu > faq earlier but now cant find it anymore.. seems they've changed it with latest update on stb.. technically it's still possible though.. like astro iptv allows additional decoder with extra cost but half the price of the first decoder.. if you did read the faq, you will realize many other things that not covered in the flyers..

better than nothing.. rclxms.gif but i do hates the aspect ratio jumping between tv programmes.. they should do something about it if they really want to tap into this market..

to tell the story of mine, my card had been fraud too and i never even register the card to be use online, and i never used it online. the thief is so clever than he spent all the item in a very small amount, hence then bank never called me up for the confirmation which ended me with a bill of more than RM2000 of all the small small item. But the stupid thing of the thief again is that he used the card to pay astro bill, maxis bill and other personal stuff. I am suspecting an internal fraud of the bank, but the bank never disclose who is the culprit and just wave all the bill which is not used by me.

most of the fraud is done internally and from WIFI the possibility is near to ZERO..
*
yes i second that.. biggrin.gif

Sorry for the noob question or (if )repeated question..

Is it possible to view the iptv directly to our notebook? I have notebook that  support hdmi..when i plug the hdmi cable to my notebook, somehow my laptop seems like cannot detect anything. (even when i try to change the screen mode).

Anyone?
*
yes and no.. that is hdmi output, not input.. biggrin.gif

I get a call today from a girl and she claim that she is from Telekom. She ask me whether I want to apply Unifi. I know my house area will get the service soon and I'm going to apply it.

She said she will send a dispatch for me to fill out the form and need a photocopy of my IC. I can't verify them so...

Do you guys received this kind of call before?
*
yup.. but i didnt gave out my photocopy.. biggrin.gif in my case they asked me to email it to telekom email address.. i've been using unifi for months and never send one.. biggrin.gif i just terminate my streamyx on my first unifi bill payment at tmpoint, and they were doing adjustment for streamyx and i got i month free.. rclxms.gif the best thing is that i dont have to leave my house to apply unifi.. saving the hassle to queue in tmpoint and their system.. biggrin.gif hassle free and fast.. rclxms.gif

in these case, normally they want to get respond or quota - how many ppl will apply. if a lot people, they will speed up the process to install it. if less people, then can ignore it and less priority.
*
correct.. people queuing up in my area just for unifi application, it was the time when i was still on streamyx.. the moment they call me, i just accept the offer.. and they install one week down the road because of availability on installation slot.. biggrin.gif

Actually what is the requirement for the wifi router to replace the unifi wifi router?  hmm.gif
*
depends on your needs, time and budget.. these non-unifi router must be installed with custom firmware (supporting unifi-specific-vlan ids) as stated on the website given earlier.. everything is inside there.. have a look.. for advance user you might be interested in standard non-vlan router instead..

== Thought what u're saying. You're talking about mobile phone isit...
You know right... I'm from sarawak. Our phone number starts wit 08 and got 3rd digit that indicates which district you're from. Means our prefix is 08X - XXXXXX which is different from west malaysia.
*
what i meant was mobile number.. im aware of different routing policy in dialing.. i've been calling numerous tm landlines without getting any additional charges in monthly bills.. but i never made any calls outside peninsular..

But... how come I'm charged for calling 03 numbers? and it's not only one time but two three times. Other telco do offer landline but hardly ppl will use right. I think if i say 90% use tm also possible right? Why I got charged == and I can confirm I've not called cust service in that period of time somemore it's listed not as mobile but... THIS

better ask tm for clarification on your bills.. this is what im getting every single month irrespective on quite a number of calls made..
