which part of CCA is tragic? when Chen got killed?

both Amuro and Char death. I was hoping if Char would still be alive rather than Amuro actually, but end up both die when falling together to the earth.

If both still alive, Unicorn Gundam will not be piloted by Banagher but instead by Amuro. And Char suddenly appeared in the middle of nowhere, kicking Sinanju's as$ with his Sazabi and shouted "There shall be only one Char! The world doesnt need two masked villian!" like Ocelot in MGS4.

Well that happen in the novel version(one with the cool Hi-nu and nightingale )
in the movie they listed as MIA

Banagher will pilot unicorn just because he is related to Vist Foundation/by accident, not neccesary need amuro in this case.

Show this award to Sunrise and they will alter the story quickly. Romary died after accidently got shot by Asemu, Zeahart killed Asemu and killed himself afterward. So who's Kio? Asemu's imoutou might be the one who bear Kio after got married with Desil by chance when those 3 was fighting each other (he too has the reddish brown colour).
