heh. some will still rage just because it's not UC. Or even because of the gundam designs/character designs.

i think AGE is fine as a coming of age story (sorry for the pun.) that is dark but still in a somewhat "kid" safe category. maybe Sunrise/Bandai are trying a little too hard to please the ones who dislike it.

actually, AGE is treated well by some fans, but there are still a large portion who still hates it, just that they stop caring. So is 00. When it was released everyone was bashing it and now it's treated as a great Gundam series.

Only remaining "haters" are Gundam Seed/Seed Destiny haters, who until this day, still argues about it. lol. it's the franchise that everyone loves to hate somehow. lol.

so, is age good? haven't jumped into it yet.

for reference, my taste are as follows:
seed=good
destiny=not good
unicorn=very good
00=started off good, end up meh
00 movie=not good at all

just watch it.
