Good to know that your problem settled..

will send my car there too because just now i feel like the alignment going wrong again.

Added on April 9, 2012, 2:28 pm2 things i really disappointed with KIA SC;
1. Their 3S SC didn't provide any complimentary drinks to customer. Not even a water dispenser? I'm not asking for much, but a produa SC is "much more" better than KIA even P2 highest car price only 60k++.
2. This is much more important, i saw quite a few technician working wearing steel watch, bracelet? and even rings? what will happen if they accidentally knock/scratch our car? then will KIA be responsible about this?
Other than that their service was great and even wash the car for free..

the wearing of steel watch, rings is a no no in any dirty engineering related business. the ring may get stuck or accidently touch the battery terminals. also plus it scratches the paint if you are not careful. Kia still needs to improve their general work ethics. Which 3S is this?
i remember glenmarrie has a simple water dispenser.
I would never send my car for free car wash. They do more harm than good. If the same service center allows the techs to wear rings do you think the cloth and soap they used for your car is good. The cloth wiping your car could be used to wipe your tears and under and then it wipes your paint
sure lots of micro scratches. Soap could be a generic car wash which is worse for the undercoat. Hopefully they don't put in fab like the other road size car washes
