Actually for car builder there need to build a car that is better then other to attract buyer! Since the tucson is older then sportage so kia have to add more features to the sportage!!!!

Same with me the SA tell me so many mother story! When i wan to place my booking he say comfirm can get my car since no more CBU issue cause already change to CKD! Then after place my booking hope to get my car within mid of april then say no white colour! Have to wait until april end! when april end then say kia sportage whole world shortage! Then i ask him back i though kia malaysia already have the car since is the AP issue that cause the car cant release! So the car shortage should not happen here! Then i say pls tell the truth! The SA say the Kia in gurun hold the car can release but he aslo dunno what is the issue there!
Truth or not truth am not sure but the sa give me another new story at least!

If the SA told me like this for sure i cant accept! Do you think Kia will make this car with vapor inside the headlamp?
We are not buy under 100k car more over i think even malaysia perodua aslo dont have such problem! i think you can make a report to kia malaysia about this problem and there can make a claim for you !!!! pls update me the status!

sorry for disturb.. mine car almost 10 month d... still got this problem... is not the matter not big deal.. is wat we r paying n get the lousy quality parts...


Totally agree! although we are not buying a car over 200k but the services here is not acceptable! The like entertain us and say there cant do this and that for claim! I still own a swift now but the services center is good! still remember when i brought my car and have provided 3 year warranty and services or 50000km. Drive my swift about 18month my car started to have problem issue on the suspension with is knocking sound! I bring back to the services center opposite ikea, they check my car and found out front right side of the suspension problem so there change both side of the front suspension for me cause there say is still under warranty. Before the warranty end my swift engine mounting got knocking sound sent back to them and there aslo claim a new engine mounting for me as there say still under warranty! After 3 year warranty i still sending back my swift to suzuki services center although the price is a bit expensive then outside services center but there really do a great job!
