Agreed.. The shop keep calling me for the installation, i will ignore them then.

Car alignment always going to left? that sound like my sportage too. just did my 1st service today and ask them to do alignment check. but then i met one guy there, he is the owner of 2006 sorento. He also mention facing the same alignment problem. he mentioned that this car was made for the left hand drive, but then they just switch to right hand drive (i dont really get it, why this has to do with the alignment). the best part is, he already solve the problem by sending his car to a pro tyre shop. situated at glenmarie area, same row as KIA SC, situated at the end of the block with big PIRELLI sign. he said his fren who drives a bmw x5 introduce that shop to him. after he sent his sorento there, no more reoccurring alignment problem. plus, that shop also quote him rm70 only for alignment and balancing. let see if after this my car face the same alignment problem again, i'll send it to this shop too.

For my car, there are few minor things i need them to check, but since i had no time today hav to send it later la

1. rear door, left side is quite difficult to close. Have to "hentam kuat sikit" then the door will properly closed.

2. boot light some time didnt turn on, have to close and open again the boot then it will turn on.

3. one more thing, does our remote button to unlock the car boot function is to unlock the boot only of to open it without pressing the boot button. mine, if i press and hold the "open boot button", only hazard light blink twice as if i unlock the car and still i have to press the button under the boot lid to open the boot. not like forte, it will open by it self we can just lift it up.

i do post my car problem here n one of it is the alignment issue..always going to left. i had tried almost 13 diff shop for the past 8 month n the improvement not much. our member here amdadn reccomend the shop at glenmarie shah alam same row with the kia sc at the corner lot Pirelli tyre shop. n today i just went there to do the aligment n balancing. guess wat, bothering me for 8 month aligment issue had been settle today!!!! (90% satisfaction!!) (Im not doing advertisement for them, but to share if anyone got this issue.)
they charge me RM77.00 and i think its really worth it coz they really solve my issue although waiting for 2 hours. but im happy with it! thanks to that guy name GK there! (think im the first sportage visit their shop) hooray!!

Added on April 9, 2012, 2:28 pm2 things i really disappointed with KIA SC;
1. Their 3S SC didn't provide any complimentary drinks to customer. Not even a water dispenser? I'm not asking for much, but a produa SC is "much more" better than KIA even P2 highest car price only 60k++.
2. This is much more important, i saw quite a few technician working wearing steel watch, bracelet? and even rings? what will happen if they accidentally knock/scratch our car? then will KIA be responsible about this?

Other than that their service was great and even wash the car for free..

I already removed mine. Cause that sticker traps dirt around it.
