jailbreak will void the warranty. but if you restore the firmware back they cant detect you jailbreak or not.. so the warranty will valid. cheers  |

iPad 2 – (4.3.3) iPad 1 – (4.3 through 4.3.3) iPhone 4 – (4.3 through 4.3.3) iPhone 4 CDMA – (4.2.6 through 4.2.8) iPhone 3GS – (4.3 through 4.3.3) iPod Touch 4G – (4.3 through 4.3.3) iPod Touch 3G (4.3, 4.3.2, 4.3.3) ATTENTION UltraSn0w unlockers should stay away from JailbreakMe because it recommends a fresh iOS 4.3.x restore, if you do so, it will update your baseband and you won’t be able to use UltraSn0w again. TinyUmbrella can update iPhone 4 (not 3GS) to iOS 4.3.3 and preserve baseband. Better use Sn0wbreeze or PwnageTool to jailbreak your iPhone 4 or iPhone 3GS.
