Dragon’s Crown will launch for PlayStation 3 and PS Vita in North America on August 6, Atlus has confirmed.

I'm not sure if the local shops have the NA version with the artbook (looking at current sellers, they didn't mention it)
I am pre-ordering from Play-Asia they have it and the price is decent. |
