Yes, u can play the came without the update.
I was testing out Mario Wii U at the shop before bringing it home.. The update took like 1hr.. when everything was done..even the Mario Wii U has an update. This post has been edited by welwitchia: Dec 11 2012, 12:55 PM |

Can't answer that for now. I have Nintendo Land but I have absolutely no inclination to play it... and yes, u have to create a Mii first.

Nope. I created my Mii offline and I didn't import the Mii from my 3DS either.
