Hi Guys,

Did anyone managed to redeem the free game after registering their MK8 Bundle. Mine didn't work even though its a US set so i opened a case with Nintendo and got the following respond:
Please note, this offer is only available for US and Canadian systems. Based upon the information provided, it appears your Mario Kart 8 Wii U Deluxe Set is not eligible for this promotion. However, if you provide some additional information we may be able to assist.

The receipt must have the serial number or the product name clearly visible. Receipts without this information will not be accepted.

but in nintendo terms and condition, the offer only applies in US and CAN...even if youre US citizen resides in malaysia, you cant take advantage from the offer (i think la)..so i guess nintendo can have your ip address and take it as malaysian ip
