Short answer yes. But I don't see why you would want to delete your user lol (unless you made a fked up NNID name). If your console is broken/stolen/eaten by cat, you can call up Nintendo and tell them your story. They will then transfer your NNID to your new console and you will be able to re-download ALL your digital purchases on it.

However unlike PSN, you can't just log into another Wii U and download your games there. Basically Nintendo is giving you a middle finger if you try to be cheap....Which is why I'm sticking with physical copies.

There isn't one. It's just turn on or off.

I don't think the Wii U has any pirated stuff yet. So far Nintendo has upped their security onto new levels.

Even for 3DS, the pirated flash carts can only play certain games and you can only have 1 game in 1 cart. Not to mention you cannot update your 3DS nor connect to the Eshop. The inconveniences just make people buy the ori game anyway. If you connect your 3DS with pirated stuff in it, GG.com bro

Taking into the account the PS4 cost so much more and the Wii U has the gamepad, the Wii U is a very attractive option.

Nintendo basically sacrifice the hardware specs for the gamepad. Whether it is a smart move or not is yet to be seen. So far for me, Wii U>Ps4. PS4 is just a juiced up PS3 with close to none exclusive games.

Now is the perfect time to get a Wii U IMO. Those games you listed will keep you entertained until the end of 2014 and by that time games like Bayonetta, Smash Bros and all of the E3 awesome titles will be released. I hope your wallet is ready

You should be able to get the full retail price for selling the code because it is basically buying the game from the Eshop. But I bet people will low ball you because they know you got it for free

Getting the Wii now is a big mistake. That system is dead. I would reconmend you save up some money and get the Wii U instead. With the Wii U you can play all the Wii games and the new awesome stuff that follows. Oh, and Mario Kart 8 is awesome.
