how the on the fly sens work really? like how can i know im in low dpi good for sniping and at higher dpi when i switch to handgun? care to explain?
eg. u set the on-the-fly sens button to one of the side buttons.
then u press it, and move the scroll wheel to move the settings from 1-10 in increments of 0.5.
say if ur mouse default dpi u set at 1800dpi, at 10 its 1800dpi, at 5 its 900dpi, at 7 its i would guess 1260dpi and so on.
at 1, i would guess its at 180dpi.
the DA mouse default dpi u can set either 450, 900, 1800 or 3500.
the on-the-fly sens can be set to pop-up a window like this, so u can see exactly what its set to.

basically it works something like that,
You set on the fly sens to 800dpi and 1800dpi respectively. When to toggle the button, instantly the dpi will switch from either one to either one without you exiting the game.

so let's say you sniping at 800dpi, then suddenly you see someone coming, so you just toggle that button and faster switch to handgun.

does the back and forth button on the thumb act as dpi switches? for the DA.
if u want dpi switches, DA doesnt have.
some razer mouses that have are imperator or naga.
i much prefer on-the-fly.
i really hate dpi switches that are near scroll wheels, like my former SS Xai.
lost count how many times i accidentally press it, and my aim goes haywire
