Hi, my friend's family will be going to Tokyo on 4th December. There are 5 of them, and they need to find a tour guide in Japan because the local travel agent can't arrange for them due the the few numbers.

Is it possible to find Chinese tour guide in Tokyo? If there is, can someone please kindly PM me their contact? If there isn't any, is there anyone kind enough to show them around during their trip?
