I"ve got my visa and will be travelling alone to Japan next month. Normally any problems with immigration kah? I'm asking cos UK, single female they straight away think we going to overstay so get shipped back.
Basically i figure, i'm too old and not attractive enough to go into flesh trade.
And as if i would go be dishwasher i hv a decent living here. So, hopefully they won't give me any problems.
Any one has any experience or knowledge to share?
At least u have a visa. Last year during CNY, one day b4 the flight only recalled that I need a visa. I forgot to apply actually. So just try my luck lah, what to do. The worst that can happen is just to take the next flight back.Basically i figure, i'm too old and not attractive enough to go into flesh trade.

So photocopy some bank statement and carry a few k RM plus the yen that I prep for the trip & here I go to Tokyo.
When arrive the immigration counter, I dumb dumb just confessed that I don't have a VISA.
Immigration officer stared at me & lift his phone to call higher ranking officer.
When the higher chap arrived, he laughed after listening to some japs uttered by his few collegues. Ha Ha, u are in serious trouble before leading me to a larger room for interrogation & form filling.
After filling up the semi jap/broken english form. I showed him my accomodation booking, itinery, return flight, supporting documents that I had a stable income job in KL & the money I brought.
After some questioning & smiling through my roughly planned itinery, he returned with a sticker with 3 months permit & say "don't do it again, this is the first & last time pls" . Yahoo, how lucky.
So friends, my advise is be nice & calm if u forget a VISA like me ( which I think nobody here will make such risky & foolish move ). Just be well prepared.
Cheers
