seems like there's still quite few ppl does not aware of the extra charge impose by amex
*
To say not aware then I don't accept lah.
The extra charges T&C are mentioned in the T&C booklet when you receive the card and also at the back of your monthly statement. People don't read the T&C and get upset when surprises come. (and upset as well when we say they are in the wrong by not reading T&C)

hah
just request them do some reading first before came here post blindly tongue.gif
Agreed .... otherwise might as well don't bother to collect and post so much information in the first post.
It is akin to just get your salary blindly every month coz you ask your boss to pay you and no need to do work. What an easy life!

Yes. Though I have constantly reminded them not to deliver it to my hometown, get it sent to my office instead... Yet, eventually those cards were delivered to my hometown address. doh.gif doh.gif

Change the default mailing address to your office when a delivery is expected.
Then change back once not required. Banks now have an internal policy which these "sensitive" documents can only be sent to your mailing address. Request for diversions are collected by the CS but they are not necessarily acted upon by the card department. Reason for this is that a lot of scams involving impersonating genuine card holders.

I came to know about this a couple of months ago. Please don't bother to ask CS because as this is bank's internal policy, it won't be mentioned to the customers. (nor it needs to - coz it's after all internal policy) To save your time and breath just take a note of my tip above.

you think Dell going to process your transaction on weekends?
*
Yup ... spot on answer! If Dell doesn't process your transaction on weekends then no weekend rebate.
And @doraemonkiller a piece of advice - don't be so kiasu. Good enough the bank is giving you points for your spendings vs cash which you get nothing.

Anyone know if this 15% off for pizza hut promo still valid?

http://www.offerstation.com/dining-food-of...t-pizza-hut.htm

It stated there up till 31 Dec 2011, but the pizza hut waiter insisted it has ended.

It is valid .... in fact I didn't realize it until my cashier offer it to me upfront when I wanted to pay.
"Sir you will get a discount ah since you are using Maybank card (in this case I used my AMEX)"
