Today, i felt why the IRB still not yet refund me although i already submitted my e-filling early of May. My wife received the refund already which we both do it together at the same time. So i login again to check the semakan pengesahan at their website.

WTF, i saw that it stated borang e-BE tahun 2012 belum lagi diterima.

holy crap... i seriously already submit my form.. but i cant find back the generated slip because i just formated my PC due to breakdown so i lost the original slip.

I resubmit already my form today and im worried whether how much they will impose a late penalty on me.

Can i write in a letter to appeal? What should i do now? do i need to wait until they response 1st or i response first??

Damn soi.. This is my 2nd year of working.

i also checked in the semak pengesahan and i found nothing..

too bad i didnt back up a copy of the slip pengesahan due to format my pc last month.

how is your case? do they manage to trace it back??

just checked with the officer in kuching office here..

late submission of tax will kena 20% on the cukai kena bayar

ur cukai terlebih bayar will be lesser lo..

coz have to pay penalty of 20% based on cukai kena dibayar.

if ur cukai terlebih bayar not enough to cover the penalty, then have to pay them again.. aduh
