hi.. i got refund letter on march where they investigate me..ask me wait 3 month...if not contact by them, 4th month i need to contact them..june is 4th month... nobody contacted me..i don dare to contact them as i realize a lot of receipt that i lost already or throw already..

can advice whether i should keep quiet or call them y didnt refund $ to me (haha)?

wat if they ask us to bring receipts and we don have?
how to be confident? it is like cari pasal or maut

wat happen if cant provide receipt?
that all i like to know
and what i can do

i call LHDN bout my situation. they said still in progress. they didnt ask me look for them but also didnt said when going refund for me. this is so strange.i don dare to ask much. then i just said ok.

if u receive 1st letter that u been investigate... upon 3 month later, they didnt call u or u receive any letter...please CALL THEM BACK!

why because it proves that when we CALL THEM BACK, instead they question us, they give us refund!
