i received this letter 'Pemberitahuan Permohonan Bayaran Balik Cukai' from LHDNM. This is my first time to receive such letter. 2 years that I have filed for Income Tax, I received tax refund. What does the letter mean (since I am a foreigner)? Google cannot translate the letter correctly for me. Thanks!

that i do not know
 from my understanding from google translate, it says my refund of tax credit cannot be processed at this time and if they need anything else, etc... |
