its not necessary you need to declare, but since there is 25% deducted ready and if you declare in HK3 form, it will reduce your current tax amount,
Yes, i want to declare it to gain some more tax refund,
my confusion here is, after fill in the Dividend part at C2 of BE form,
then in section E, am i going to fill in the 25% tax been deducted from my dividend
at E9 (Section 51 Financial Act 2007) or E10 (Section 110) ?
Thanks.
Added on April 7, 2012, 9:27 pmFor the public mutual dividend, if the fund year end closing was 31st Dec 2011, but dividend only been paid out on Jan'12,
is this still consider as dividend income for the Year 2011 ?
If we using e-filling, then the HK-3 forms we need to submit manually attached together with original dividend tax voucher ?
Or just email IRD the HK-3 forms without need to sent the tax voucher through air mail ?
