My case solved, but adamccc and rajurajz not solved yet..

Good for you,he'll refund don't worry,if he hesitate to pay you full,force him to do so.If possible, do a police report to make sure he keep his words.

raju,pls lodge a police report,if u stay do nothing,he will keep postpone the refund. even though its just 10 day away,it still your money.

Just do the report,police will ask but just say "i'm bz and he keep make faux promises" then police will help you.please report it!police can't take action if you just do nothing.He even laugh at you and keep scam people,make dupe and troll wts thread.

So I concluded the account holder is his friend. Maybe the scammer have a debt to Shugan, so he use the account number to pay the debt.

So this guy still alive? At least my case settled but I still not satisfied as he still con people.
