Guys, I had a meeting last week which involve many departments (IT,Kenan,Product Owner) regarding on iPhone subsidy claim (which I handled though). I had asked them about the availability of iPhone 4S, guess what?

They said right now marketing is in the middle to prepare event or booth nationwide, and the iPhone will be launch by Celcom somewhere 23rd November onward which they donno the exact date. So just be prepare for the launch around those date.. *finger crossing  cool2.gif

guys, today went to bluecube, what the guy told me was - u pay RM200 deposit sure u will get yr 4S, but NOT guarantee you will get it on 16th sad.gif he said between 16th-31st @@ So I asked again, means latest by 31st I will get is it? He said NO, it's not confirm...............

but yes, the plan will be revealed on 16th.

Those r deposit RM200 should get their set on 16th. Other than that we might demand explanation from them coz it stated clearly whoever pay deposit confirm got iPhone...

Go to Celcom Pavilion KL to get my 4S and only new celcom no. or existing Celcom user can collect iPhone. If want to MNP have to wait from them to call. In the end i just register new Celcom no. to get iPhone on the spot...

the new micro sim still unavailable for my iphone. what a bad service.
it is rediculous, with a iphone but can not use. i have been ridicule by my friend.
it is meaningless to drop rm200 to become a first pre order customer.
im thinking of never use celcom again after contract expire.
*
Chill bro, they run out Micro Sim, lucky for those who get 4S early :-)

No problem with Celcom for me, been using 7 mths, much better than Maxis or Digi smile.gif
*
+1 Voices quality is better than DiGi and Maxis...no drop call. Better in 3G than DiGi and the best part is cheap than Maxis. So Celcom probably the best so far.. Only on iPhone 4S :-)

U guys have to call 111 for futher clarification regarding billing. Mine is purchase on 16th Dec and billing cycle date on 24th Dec. So my i98 (2GB data) used for 1 week only... 12.01AM on 25th Dec straight away my data will come back to 2GB quota..

1. data exceed 800mb, speed will be slow down.

2. upfront only RM300 for 12 months contract. but they will rebate in your monthly bill. which means, your monthly commitment RM68 will be deducted RM25 per month. u only need to pay RM68 - RM25 = RM43 per month.

3. upfront only RM420 for 24 months contract. i believe u can calculate it yourself smile.gif

4. no extra upfront. u cannot pay more for upfront payment. its fixed charged by celcom.

5. warranty as per your contract. u take 1 year contract, means 1 year warranty. u take 2 year contract, means 2 years warranty from celcom.

6. if u take 1 year contract but u want 2 years warranty, you can apply additional extended warranty by extra charge. i m not sure how much but its less than rm100.

7. i m not sure bout 0% installment since i did not pay by installment tongue.gif

8. i ask if its possible to use debit card. celcom can accept but will be 3% additional charge applied.  shakehead.gif

hope this whole point summary can explain to u and give brief info smile.gif

(No.5) Regarding warranty, wtf bluecube guys telling me there's no such thing wrranty 24 months. I sign contact for 2 years and warranty by celcom only 1 year. Is it right?

Hi Sifu,
May i know how's the data and voice quality of Celcom ? heard Digi line always drop during conversation, not sure if this happen to Celcom?
and how's the comparison with Maxis ?
*
3G is better than DG and sometime depend on location. Voice quality clear, no drop call and the best part is Celcom is the better choice for i4S...

QUOTE(KamKL @ Dec 30 2011, 07:07 PM)
Just came back from KLCC celcom blue cube. They have stock, but for 16GB they want you to buy at 2399 + accessory. They really want you to take this and wouldn't sell me on contract for 16GB white or black.

For contract would only sell 32GB, but still need to get 99rm accessory. Was going for a white 32GB even though I wanted 16GB but then when it came time to pay they said they had black 32GB only! So then I said, forget about it, will wait for white one to come in stock.

Machines in KLCC said they might restock on the weekend.

Wangs Maju also has no stock for contract but will sell you at rm 200-300 markup above the actual RRP. Seems this is standard blue cube practice.

Anyone have the number for the blue cube on Jalan Ampang, at Menara Atlan? Might be more honest as it is a branch and not celcom blue cube dealer.
*

Please report to Apple if they illegally mark up the RRP. I've done this before. Make sure u complain direct to Apple Asia HQ at SG coz Apple Msia a bit BS!

RRP = RECOMMENDED retail price. pls look for meaning of word in green for understanding.

anyhow, if u wanna report, do it for the other sellers in garage sales. doh.gif
*
Hello stupid, dont u get my point? Blue Cube only allowed to sell RRP and cannot increased the price without Apple approving. And wtf with garage sale? Did i mentioned? Did garage sale guys appointed by Apple to sell their gadget? And i've read your few comment in this forum which is not quite helpful!

which part of "recommended" is so difficult to understand?

it is merely a suggested price by apple.

its already shown in the contract plan.
its monthly quota. of course u will get every month.
what the hell am I signing up for a 1 year contract if i just only got free 50minutes call for the whole year??
why am i paying for rm68, rm98 or RM120++ for each month?

come on.. your each comment, and i REALLY MEAN IT, each one by one, is none helpful.
try give other people more better feedback please.

Doubt celcom will bother wt unproven claims. It is plain dumb to think wt resit is enuff.
After all, it just prove that the phone n accessories was bought together and not something dat shop forced u to buy.

Just get the proof like audio or video recording. And celcom has no choice but to react.
*
U cerita apa ni bro? I've complain before with receipt which the mistake come from them. So far, they react! Funny la, u think this is sodomy trial?
