The warranty thing become a bit confused now since a few Blue Cube mention i98 (24 month) contract got 2 years support from them while Celcom branch said no such thing...

For me doesn't matter new or refurbished. Because my new set yellowish, screen not brighter. I've changed my iPhone several time and the 3rd time i got new set which i think refurbished which is very good display, better battery, the color is more better compare with iPhone 4. It is luck actually!
