if i take the RM98 2Gb plan... wat options do i have for a supp line for my gf?

She wants to get an iPhone 4/4S... can she still become my supp line? or need to apply a new one?

should be possible but you won't get the iphone subsidized price. If not mistaken is about RM 15-20 per month. You can check with them or i think they have on their website.

Really? Isn't that wifi dependent and not network dependent?

I think recently got network outage for a while. didnt disrupt my calls bu affected my 3g connection. was out about 30 mins (though didnt fully check coz not using it that time).

I have no problems with it being slow because I know some of the areas I go to are frequently blind (can call but no 3g). Better than maxis though (i have a maxis phone with me) that have no line at all.

bahh...my iphone is sucking up my battery..seems like it went haywire. Charge 100%, within 2 hours, it can drop to 20% :S. Start to happen since last friday... #@)(^*@#$! Have try to restore, seems to be ok..but then install back few apps, it start to haywire agian...bbrrrrr...do u think updating IOS would solve the problem?

Maybe you want to check back with the service center at Celcom. Esp if within 2hours drop to 20%. More details needed though. You have all the services / notifications turned on? Were u watching movie? Your WiFi and bluetooth on also? Did u set your e-mail to check for mail every 30 seconds? Etc etc. There are many reasons for battery sucking but definitely 2 hours drop to 20% is rarely heard of.

And no I don't think updating to iOS5 will solve problem.

And so...i've figured out what happen to my iphone, y it dies few hours after fully charge..checkout my attachment for last 1 week (when this start to happen) seems like there's an app running behind making my phone browse & file sharing..

the 1st column is total usage of the day, 2nd is file sharing & 3rd is browsing. After I wipe my phone last weekend to factory settings, then only i can go 2 days without charging..lol. This is veeeeeeerrrrrryyyy dangerous if i'm using the GREEN NETWORK, i'll get heart attack when I receive my bill.

Added on November 1, 2011, 3:31 pmMy point is, download and install apps wisely.. biggrin.gif

Took a Celcom 1 year plan when I got my iPhone 4. Never regretted since they have so much better coverage than Maxis (was using it more than 10 years before making the switch) and this is within Klang Valley area like Puchong & Kelana Jaya where Maxis got so many dead zones. 3G speed was not too bad and I can even tether my PS3 online gaming with it as well (some of the less finicky games).

Anyway Celcom plan was the cheapest then and looks like its gonna be the cheapest now as well so will likely get a 2-year plan instead.
