If my area have a YES coverage, for sure I will immediately replace my maxis with Yes 4G! 
Maxis is OK..., really OK for me, but like Iceheart said, once you exceed their monthly quota, it will act like hell! 
Too slow until Google also cannot be load properly....

So, I would suggest for u to take YES 4G if your area support it... Just buy their dongle, I saw someone in Garage Sales sold their dongle for just RM70.. Nice bargain if u asked me... And take their Value 68 starter pack... Unlimited speed and 3.5GB monthly quota plus free sms and voice calls some more....
