There'a topic in Movies & Music sub-forum but it seems that there isn't any confirmation yet.
If so I wanna watch man! They're bloody amazing live! Apparently he has replaces some of his Rio Grande and SD pickups with BKPs already, if he's using those guitars, I'm definitely there to witness his new tone! |

Hands up who want to rock! Kuala Lumpur Hilton Grand Ballroom 24 January 2006, 8.30pm Ticket Price : RM 95 Hilton KL Box Office: + (603) 2264 2264 QUOTE(Official website) Starring http://www.queen.itsakindamagic.com/Craig Pesco as Freddie Mercury Travis Hair as Brian May Brett Millican as Roger Taylor Sean Nolan as John Deacon Craig Pesco first stepped out on stage as Freddie Mercury after winning the job over 80 other hopefuls, who came to the audition for the chance to play Queen's charismatic front man. It turned out to be a role he was born to play. Since Pesco and guitarist, Colin Hill, formed Queen - It's a Kinda Magic in England in 1997, the group has received critical acclaim everywhere. They were the first Queen tribute to play on the same bill as Queen guitarist, Brian May, who described the band as "brilliant". From the first moment that Pesco walks out on stage ![]() ![]() |

QUOTE Tue 13 Mar 07, 8.30pm I still want Fourplay! JAZZ & WORLD MUSIC An Evening With... Chick Corea & Gary Burton Duets A restlessly creative spirit, Chick Corea, a Grammy Award-winning pianist-composer-bandleader, continues to explore and generate new material for a number of different vehicles, including his dynamic Elektric Band and his flamenco-flavoured Touchstone band. Gary Burton, an innovator on the vibraphone and mentor to young musical talent, is a noted collaborator with Chick Corea with whom he has made several recordings, including the Grammy winning disc "Like Minds." Relish the privilege of being with not one but two of the pioneers as they take you through their inimitable brand of jazz. |

Dude... it's Roger Wang... I haven't heard of his stuff but he's sort of a pioneer of the local jazz scene !
Or were you being sacarstic? Since I'm gonna miss the Fourplay (NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO) concert, I think this would be a nice consolation prize. |

QUOTE(Everdying @ Aug 15 2006, 04:51 AM) Tommy Emmanuel, Oct23 in Singapore, S$68, S$48, S$38, S$28. I wanna watch!!!!!!!!! 10 days after Slayer Phenomenal guitarist takes centerstage in an all-out concert. A Tommy Emmanuel concert is like no other-- he plays sizzling melodies, fills in the rhythm section and weaves in a thumping bass - all on his own on a single guitar! Tommy's illustrious 40-year career has set sales records that have yet to be broken and performed with hundreds of musical legends including Chet Atkins, Eric Clapton, Sir George Martin, Hank Marvin, Joe Walsh and Stevie Wonder. Voted "Most Popular Guitarist" by Rolling Stone Magazine, he has earned four Platinum and Gold albums. His album "The Day Finger Pickers Took Over the World" was nominated for a Grammy award. Mo Awards has named him "Entertainer of the Year" for his outstanding concerts across the world. |
